Position

Flatbed CDL-A Driver – Regional Route – System Transport, Graham, TX.

Bweekly pay: $903.55 - $2,021.54. Annual pay: $46,984.82 - $. Flatbed regional rate: $0.57 - $0.71 per mile.

5K Hiring Bonus (eligible). Bonus payout schedule: 1st payout $1,250.00 at 90 days, 2nd $1,250.00 at 180 days, 3rd $1,250.00 at 270 days, 4th final $1,250.00 at 360 days. Payouts made every 90 days for 12 months of active, good‑standing employment. Eligibility requires current employment and active driving.

Transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

Perform loading and unloading duties, including tarping approximately 70% of loads.

Operate flatbed trucks equipped with lane departure warning, collision warning, hard brake monitoring, satellite communication, and 24/7 road service.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Safe driving record on the road
• No more than six jobs in the last three years
• Four or more months of driving experience (one year preferred)
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (testing performed during orientation)

Home time:
Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset (may vary by division; this opportunity is for Division 290).

Transition Package: $1,800 (including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks).
