• Prepare and load products or materials for shipment according to specified orders and schedules
• Operate loading equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently
• Verify accuracy of orders, quantities, and packaging to ensure correct delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or loading environment preferred
• Ability to operate loading equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to warehouse operations
