Dispatcher
As a Dispatcher, you will manage drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from or to customers, oversee the application of DOT standards, and support customer service and sales goals of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain compliance with DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
- Report, schedule, and coordinate equipment deliveries.
- Support customer service and sales objectives.
- Provide effective communication with drivers and customers.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar dispatch or equipment management role.
- Experience applying DOT regulations.
- Customer service and dispatch training a plus.
- Knowledge of the local delivery area.
- Strong communication skills.
Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, with work both indoors and outdoors as necessary.
