• Safely operate hospital vehicles to transport patients, staff, and medical supplies within the community and to designated locations including Kent County and Dickens County
• Assist patients with boarding and disembarking from vehicles, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of hospital vehicles
• Follow all traffic laws and hospital policies to ensure safe transportation
• Document transportation activities accurately and report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly
• Coordinate with hospital staff to schedule and prioritize transportation needs

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
• Valid and clean driving record
• Proven experience in patient transportation or similar roles preferred
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
