As a driver, you will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 per week
Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $ per year
Based on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.

• $5K Hiring Bonus Eligibility Requirements:
  • Drivers must be currently employed and actively driving to receive the payout.
  • Payout is made every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active and good‑standing employment.
  • First payout: $1,250.00 at 90‑day period of active employment
  • Second payout: $1,250.00 at next 90‑day period of active employment
  • Third payout: $1,250.00 at next 90‑day period of active employment
  • Fourth and final payout: $1,250.00 at next 90‑day period of active employment
  • Owner/operators and inexperienced trainees (less than 4 months CDL‑A driving experience) are not eligible for this special offer.

Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation, such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay as appropriate.

We offer a $1,800 Transition Package; $1,000 of which is allotted for orientation during your first 2 weeks.

• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Safe driving record required
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• 4 + months driving experience required
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
