Trash Gremlin Disposal is looking for a hardworking and dependable Residential Trash Helper to join our crew in San Antonio, TX! This is a hands-on, active role where you'll play a vital part in keeping our communities clean and running smoothly. If you love working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a tight-knit team, this could be the perfect fit for you!

• Assist with residential trash and waste collection along assigned routes
• Lift, carry, and empty trash receptacles into collection vehicles safely and efficiently
• Ride along on collection truck and assist driver with route completion
• Follow all safety protocols and proper waste handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work vehicle and equipment
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure route efficiency
• Adhere to scheduled pickup times and residential service standards

• Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and physical labor in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up on time every shift
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-player attitude
• Previous waste collection, labor, or outdoor work experience is a plus
• Ability to work early morning hours and varied schedules
• Must be able to walk, run, and remain on foot for extended periods
• Valid  ability to pass a background check required
