CDL Driver

Job Title

CDL Driver at Hydroline, a Synergen company, in the Eagle Ford District (Dilley, Texas).

The position involves safely and compliantly hauling assets to and from facilities, job sites and other districts while adhering to company standards, expectations, and all DOT regulations. Quality & Safety is a key focus.

• Haul necessary items to and from job sites as assigned by supervision.
• Understand and be able to properly load and unload items being hauled.
• Ensure proper load securement when hauling items.
• Participate in rig up & rig down meetings and fully understand the assigned task.
• Know and comply with all DOT regulations at all times.
• Communicate regularly with supervision on issues, changes, and specific needs for executing assigned tasks.
• Follow company policies and standards, including pre-job tailgate meetings, JSA’s, equipment inspections, checklist, and HOS.
• Execute work to the highest standard while meeting the customer’s expectations and maintaining safety.

• Current Class A Commercial Driver’s License with air brakes endorsement.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Current safety certifications, including PEC, H2S, Forklift, First Aid/CPR preferred.
• Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members.
• Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals.
• Drive a culture where equipment and work is organized, clean, and presentable.

Frequent use of hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasional standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. May lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Requires close, distance, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Moderate to high noise level and consistent outdoor work in varying weather.
