The Aircraft Servicer performs routine servicing of aircraft, ground support equipment, and the airport operational environment. This role supports flight operations by conducting required inspections, cleaning, fueling assistance, towing support, and general utility work to maintain aircraft readiness and a safe ramp environment.

** Responsibilities*
* + Perform routine aircraft servicing tasks such as cleaning exteriors and interiors, replenishing fluids, and preparing aircraft for flight operations.

+ Assist with aircraft fueling operations, including positioning ground equipment, handling hoses, and following safety procedures.

+ Conduct visual inspections of aircraft surfaces, components, and equipment, reporting discrepancies to supervisors.

+ Tow and position aircraft using approved procedures; assist with chocking, marshalling, and securing aircraft.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of aircraft hangars, ramps, and work areas.

+ Operate ground support equipment such as tugs, forklifts, power units, and de‑icing equipment when authorized.

+ Perform general utility tasks including waste removal, equipment cleaning, and supply replenishment.

+ Follow all safety protocols related to aircraft servicing, fuel operations, and ramp movement.

+ Maintain accurate service logs, inspection records, and equipment usage documentation as required.

+ Support flight line operations as directed by supervisors, ensuring timely aircraft turnaround.

** Qualifications*
* + Minimum of 1 year of experience in aircraft ground handling, airport ramp operations, industrial utility work, logistics support, or a closely related field.

+ Ability to qualify for airfield vehicle operation.

+ Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance and any required employer or government credentials.

+ Basic understanding of aircraft operations, ground handling, or industrial safety procedures.

+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged physical activity in outdoor environments.

+ Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

+ Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

+ Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.

+ Ability to receive a favorable Tier-1 Investigation and obtain/maintain a CAC.

Qualifications:

* + 2 or more years of experience in aircraft servicing or airport ramp operations.

+ Familiarity with ground support equipment operation.

+ OSHA, aviation safety, or airfield operations training.

+ Valid Driver's License.

+ High School Diploma / GED.

+ Commercial Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement

* + Work environment includes periodic overtime, exposure to heat, dust, cold, and inclement weather conditions.

** Pay & Benefits:*
* + Hourly Compensation: $28.20

+ Hourly H&W Fringe: $5.09

+ Differential pay for night shift work will range from $1 up to 10% of base hourly rate
