Swift Transportation is hiring experienced CDL-A Company Drivers for a dedicated local intermodal account based in Hutchins/Lancaster, Texas
.

This is a home-daily, night-shift position hauling intermodal containers within approximately a 250-mile service area
. Drivers primarily handle drop-and-hook freight , with limited touch freight.

• Home Daily
• Night Shift
• Tuesday–Saturday schedule
• Weekend work required
• Approximately 1,000 miles per week
• $0.55 CPM
• $29 per load
• $20 stop pay
• Average weekly earnings of approximately $1,000–$1,100
• Dedicated intermodal operation
• Mostly drop-and-hook freight
• Containers on chassis
• Local/regional operation within approximately a 250-mile radius

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Experienced drivers only —
  no trainees
• No teams
• No owner operators
• Must live within 30 miles of ZIP code 75134
• Must be willing to work Tuesday through Saturday
• Must be available for night-shift operations
• Must be comfortable with slip-seat day-cab operations
• Must meet Swift Transportation's hiring and safety requirements

Drivers will operate dedicated intermodal equipment hauling containers on chassis. Freight is primarily drop-and-hook , with operations that may include live loads, live unloads, preloads, and drop-and-hook moves.

The service area extends approximately 250 miles from the Hutchins/Lancaster terminal , providing drivers with a local operation while allowing them to return home daily.
