We’re looking for a Telecom Yard & Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations for our storage warehouse and laydown yard. This role supports our field crews by keeping materials organized, equipment accounted for, and the yard running safely and efficiently. It’s a hands‑on position that requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse and yard operations.
• Receive, track, and organize telecom materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory across company and customer systems.
• Prepare materials for crews and coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Keep the yard clean, safe, and compliant with company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder consumables as needed.
• Work closely with supervisors and crews to support project schedules.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided if needed).
• Assist with general yard labor when required.

• $18–$20 per hour, based on experience.

• Experience in warehouse, yard, or materials management.
• Telecom or construction materials experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials in an outdoor environment.
• Strong communication and record‑keeping skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Forklift experience.
