Forklift Operator

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Forklift Operator for a distribution company located in Dripping Springs, TX.

This role requires supporting warehouse operations by handling, preparing, and shipping materials with care and efficiency, and offers potential to grow into a full‑time position.

• Loading and unloading materials
• Restocking shelves and organizing warehouse inventory
• Loading and unloading trucks using a sit‑down forklift
• Wrapping pallets by hand with shrink wrap for shipment
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse (sweeping, trash removal, etc.)
• Using a handheld scanner to locate and verify parts (training provided)

• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials on a consistent basis
• Comfortable working on feet and in varying warehouse conditions
• Sit‑down experience required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Previous warehouse experience a plus

• Monday‑Friday 7:00am‑5:00pm
• $18‑$22/hour starting pay with opportunity for increased hours
