Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist

Works in transportation or warehousing of goods. Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfillment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely. 2 - 5 years experience.

Shift: 8am-5pm

1 year contract

Excel (Basic)

Microsoft Office

Communication (Written/Oral)

High School Diploma (with experience)

Recent Grads are acceptable

Understanding of basic logistic/transportation lingo

Invoicing/Billing experience (preferred)

Minimum 1 year experience required

Familiar w/ Adobe

Day-to-Day:

This individual will be going through transportation invoices, to verify if the reports in the system reflect the invoices. They will be reaching out to carriers to notify them of a process/system change that is to occur and how to adapt. This contractor must be able to have phone skills and email professionalism.
