Inventory Accuracy Associate - Weekends

What You Will Do

The BDC Cycle Counter Team Member is primarily responsible for ensuring data integrity in Lowe’s DMS and HOST locator systems, researching and resolving discrepancies when necessary. The role performs routine cycle counts of inventory to verify that system quantities match physical counts, follows established processes, documents issues, supports multiple departments in handling inventory discrepancies, proactively identifies errors, corrects potential problems, offers solutions, and performs any other duties as assigned.

This role does not require regular travel.

Required to work a set schedule that may be modified by management based on facility needs. Must be available to work morning, afternoon, nights, or weekends depending on assigned shift and overtime as needed. Must work in a distribution/warehouse environment with the typical physical and environmental aspects. Minimum ability to lift 25 pounds and up to 70 pounds.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Demonstrated track record of good attendance
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Post-secondary education
• Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems
• Experience in distribution center operations
• Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access, or data management systems (Lowe’s DMS preferred)
