Warehouse Associate

Location

SCP, Lubbock, TX. 7908 Patel Drive, Wolfforth, Texas 79382.

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour, plus performance bonuses up to $2,500.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Occasional Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

• Accurately pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments, log inventory, and maintain accurate records through audits.
• Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, teammates, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Operate a forklift safely, maintain certification, perform vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing preferred.
• Minimum age 18.
