Shift: Monday-Friday 12:00PM-8:30PM; potential Saturday as business needs.
Responsibilities- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in stockroom, warehouse, or yard.
- Reviews inbound appointment log and open order report daily to plan work activities.
- Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
- Determines staffing needs based on workload and schedules staff accordingly.
- Assigns workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
- Reviews and updates operational procedures and ensures communication to warehouse associates.
- Tracks productivity and assesses performance by individual, function, and department.
- Works with Inventory Control to ensure high inventory accuracy.
- Manages payroll for the department.
- Advises employees on handling of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment; and related problems.
- Traces item history to determine reasons for discrepancies and recommends remedial actions.
- Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
- Issues written and oral instructions and ensures proper safety procedures are followed.
- Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
- Directly supervises 20+ employees in Operations and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

$65,000 - $67,000. The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
