We Ship Express, LLC is seeking a hands-on Facility Manager to lead our Fredericksburg, TX distribution center and drive high-performing teams. You will oversee all warehouse operations, ensure safety and inventory accuracy, and deliver outstanding service for customers.
The role requires leading receiving, shipping, fulfillment, and packing, plus operating a 26-foot box truck for pickups and deliveries. Strong WMS and MS Office skills are essential.
