Responsible for repackaging Per sulfates and performing general warehouse operations while ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

• Safely handle Per sulfates and Organic Peroxides
• Perform product changeovers and cleanouts on the Per sulfate packaging line
• Maintain accurate inventory of bulk bags, pails, and lids on the Per sulfate line
• Wrap and label Per sulfates according to specifications
• Aid in management of Per sulfate and Organic Peroxide waste
• Train other employees as required
• Participate in safety and procedure development for the site

• Receive and load trucks, including import and export shipments
• Operate sit‑down and stand‑up electric and propane forklifts safely
• Operate yard mule truck and other material‑handling equipment
• Climb ladders and stairs while tied off as required
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and inventory tasks
• Ensure work area is clean and organized at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Wear all required PPE and maintain a proactive safety mindset
• Participate in safety meetings and comply with all site safety rules and regulations

• Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation for all materials
• Support ISO 9001, 14001, and Responsible Care programs

• High school diploma or GED equivalent or verifiable work experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
• Proficient in math and basic computer skills
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and navigate congested sites safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must understand verbal and written communication
• Must meet fit‑to‑work policy and wear required PPE
• Chemical handling experience
