We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team. This position includes loading and unloading equipment, cleaning and preparing rental items, repainting and performing minor repairs, organizing inventory, and helping keep the warehouse clean and organized. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., have reliable transportation, be dependable and punctual, and work well as part of a team.

Prior warehouse or maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and inventory processes is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.

The Warehouse Helper is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient organization, storage, and preparation of inventory for event rentals. This position is vital to supporting the timely delivery and maintenance of equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, and other rental items, ensuring that WER Rentals and Events operates smoothly.
