Serata, Stiftung für das Alter in Thalwil sucht einen CFO Stv. der Geschäftsführung, der die strategische Finanzführung übernimmt und die Geschäftsleitung unterstützt. Sie verantworten Liquidität, Budgetierung, Investitionen und Controlling im Einklang mit der HR-Strategie.
Sie arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführerin und dem GL-Kollegium zusammen, entwickeln Strukturen weiter und treiben das Neubauprojekt Realisierung 2030/2031 voran. Eine integrative, verlässliche Persönlichkeit ist gefragt.
