Control the health club from an operational level, always ensuring high customer service levels making sure to carry out daily health & safety procedures ensuring a safe environment for all users of the health club facilities. You will support the Health Club Manager to ensure that you and the team are maximising on all sales and membership sale opportunities.

• Previous experience supervising a team within a health club
• Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor level 2 qualification as a minimum, or equivalent would be a distinct advantage

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Monday - Sunday 10:00am - 18:00pm

Health Club Opening Times:
Monday - Friday 6:30am - 20:30pm | Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 19:00pm

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa is located in Thame, just outside Oxford and within close proximity to the Cotswolds. Our hotel is a 4*, 154-bedroom property and has the Spires restaurant and bar & lounge area, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
