We have an opportunity for a Plumber Multi Trade to join a dedicated property maintenance team for a social housing contractor in Oxford. In this role, you will provide high-quality plumbing and multi-trade services, helping to ensure homes are safe, well-maintained, and comfortable for residents.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance in occupied and vacant properties, including installing and repairing baths, sinks, toilets, showers, taps, and pipework.
Undertaking minor multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, plaster patching, and wall or floor tiling to complete repair works to a high standard.
Responding to emergency plumbing situations such as leaks, blocked waste systems, or loss of water supply, ensuring prompt and safe resolutions.
Communicating professionally with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption during works.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Using a PDA to manage daily tasks, updates, and job completions.
Operating and maintaining tools and equipment responsibly.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
