Graphics Designer + Motion Graphics Animator

At  Postboy Studios , we’re looking for a  designer who can animate, or an animator who understands design  — ideally both.
This is not a “just execute briefs” role. We want someone who can  think, create, and elevate ideas visually .

What You’ll Do:

Design creatives for  digital campaigns, social media & brand content
Convert static designs into  high-quality motion graphics & animations
Work on  ad films, reels, and branded videos
Collaborate with the team on  concepts, storytelling & execution
Take ownership from  idea → execution → final output

What We’re Looking For:

3–4 years of experience  in design + animation
Strong command over  After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
Good sense of  design, typography, motion, and timing
Ability to manage  multiple projects and tight timelines
Someone who’s  proactive and creatively driven  (not just following instructions)

Bonus Points:

Experience with  AI tools (image/video generation, prompt workflows)
Basic knowledge of  3D / advanced animation
Agency or content studio background
