Night Manager

Objective of the role:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused  Night Manager  to oversee hotel operations during the night shift and ensure exceptional guest service standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills with prior experience in the hospitality industry.  Only hospitality candidates are preferred.

Role & responsibilities:
Supervise all hotel operations during the night shift and ensure smooth functioning of departments.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and F&B teams to maintain seamless operations.
Monitor night audit procedures and ensure accuracy of daily reports and financial transactions.
Manage emergency situations and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure guest safety, security, and satisfaction throughout the shift.
Prepare shift handover reports and communicate important updates to management.
Monitor room inventory, occupancy status, and revenue-related activities.
Train, mentor, and guide night-shift associates to deliver excellent service.

Required Qualification & skillls:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
3–6 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and night audit procedures.
Ability to handle emergencies and make sound decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in hotel PMS systems and MS Office.
Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
