Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Branch Head in the Real estate vertical namely Kunvarji Realty Advisors, based in South bombay/ Thane. The Branch Head will oversee the operations, business development, and overall management of the team. The branch head will have multiple team leaders under them with each team leader having about 4-6 relationship managers under them.

Responsibilities include ensuring financial goals are met, strategizing growth plans, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with business standards. The role also involves fostering client relationships, identifying opportunities for market expansion, and ensuring efficient processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications
Leadership skills with experience in team supervision and branch operations management
Proficiency in business development, market analysis, and client relationship management
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Knowledge of financial services, market trends, and compliance regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to drive growth and profitability in a competitive environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Prior experience in Real estate channel parter company.
