The Role will be an integral part of the Clinical Data Analytics team, contributing to the advancement of health analytics within the organization. Reporting to the Deputy Vice President & Head of Clinical Data Analytics, this role is pivotal in shaping the statistical foundation of population health analytics initiatives. The primary purpose of this position is to validate, optimize, and maintain statistical models that underpin the organization's Wellbeing Score, Family Wellbeing Score, Corporate Health Index, and Lifestyle Scores.

By applying advanced statistical methods and causal analysis, the Role ensures that data-driven insights are accurate, actionable, and aligned with business and customer engagement goals. The role focuses on ensuring the robustness and scalability of statistical heuristics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in modeling approaches.

The Role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical experts, and subject matter specialists, to support the organization's mission of improving population health and customer engagement strategies. They will also uphold the integrity of data governance protocols and contribute to the automation of model updates and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to transformative projects, engage in innovative research, and influence decision-making through rigorous statistical insights that directly impact the health and wellbeing of individuals and organizations.

This narrows down the opportunity of the fresh business actually being seriously fought in the market to approximately 1500 odd Crs.
