MEP Executive

Objective of the Role:
Oversees all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, focusing on design implementation, installation, and commissioning during construction or renovation. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety/building codes, managing vendor contracts, and optimizing energy consumption for operational efficiency.

Role & Responsibilitie
s:

Oversee MEP installation, and testing from inception to handove
r.Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical system
s.Distributes preventive maintenance and repair work orders and monitors timeliness and quality of completio
n.Oversees and directs the maintenance of grounds, guestrooms, public space, restaurants, property vehicles and recreational facilitie
s.Develops a long term plan for preventative maintenance and asset protection and overseeing execution of pla
n.Conducts guest room and common area inspection to ensure guest satisfactio
n.Recommends or arranges for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipmen
t.Selects and orders or purchasing new equipment, supplies, and furnishing
s.Ensure all systems meet local authority regulations, fire safety standards, and brand requirement
s.Develop preventative maintenance plans for guest rooms, public spaces, and equipmen
t.Collaborate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors, managing bids and contract
s.Monitor expenses, conduct rate analysis, and handle billin

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineeri

Proven experience in hotel construction or hospitality & Construction/real estate project manageme
nt.
