This role is based in Dallas and is responsible for executing and coordinating high-impact events on the ground at our Dallas venue. While embedded with the local Dallas team, the role reports to a manager based in Los Angeles and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders across venues and departments nationwide, including teams in Los Angeles and other key markets.

As the Entertainment Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in both the planning and execution of immersive, live, and private events. Core responsibilities include coordinating productions, managing event logistics, scheduling content, developing and maintaining run-of-show documents, securing and overseeing vendors and performers, and supporting premieres and marquee activations. The role also includes programming lighting and ensuring seamless integration of Cosm’s live streams and entertainment content within the Dallas venue.

Strong administrative, project management, and live event execution skills as well as clear communication and collaboration are essential for success.
