We are looking for a full-time RN for the 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM shift in our licensed health center. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

• Provide direct nursing services to all residents on the assigned neighborhood or program.
• Provide hands-on training to newly hired team members and retraining as assigned.
• Oversee physician orders, ensure accurate transcription to the electronic record system and treatment plan; administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Supervise and provide leadership and discipline to clinical and non-clinical team members.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate residents  care.
• Document residents  condition and nursing needs accurately and promptly; report pertinent observations and reactions in a timely manner.
• Execute treatments and monitor status and reactions to medications and treatments.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to deliver quality customer service.
• Plan resident admission as ordered by physician, perform assessments, verify orders with physician, and notify pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments as necessary.
• Provide a thorough hand-off report to the on-coming shift to ensure continuity of care.

• Registered Nurse license and current state licensure as required by regulations.
• One year of nursing experience in a long-term facility is preferred.
