Pay Range: $51,426 - 63,768 annually

As NFM’s Associate Event Producer, you will be responsible for planning and executing ongoing/repeat marketing events, charitable contributions, store tours, PR efforts, marketing research, and managing circular and premium processes. Flexible schedule required to include evenings and weekends.

• Plan from concept to implementation, assist in planning marketing events
• Own the prize give‑away process, budget, and direct customer contact
• Relay event information internally and externally
• Assist in conducting circular shops, internet statistics, and competitor reports
• Strategize direct event activities to be in line with the strategic goals of the department and company

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, related field or equivalent experience
• 2 years of sales, marketing, advertising, or public relations experience in a retail environment
• Knowledge of local market (e.g., competitors, charities, etc.) preferred
• Experience with promotions and event coordination preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ongoing acceptable driving record
• Ability to work night, weekend, and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Applications
• Internet skills preferred
• Excellent proofreading skills
• Detail oriented
