Pay Range: $13.00 hourly + Commission (Average combined is $/hour)

• Create a WOW experience for the customer by providing product information during the retail experience process based on their needs
• Build consumer loyalty toward the manufacturer and retailer for future purchases
• Attend and master training on the proper use of “scenarios” so staff can effectively implement/demonstrate to customers
• Train staff on core selling skills using all available or preferred methods
• Close the sale by reinforcing the customer’s purchase and demonstrating that the purchase will improve their lives

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Bilingual speaking is a bonus
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
