Front Desk Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences, promote membership and retail sales, and maintain a positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Increase membership sales and retail sales.
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Book appointments in person or by phone.
- Do pop‑up events to educate people on lash extensions and our brand.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment.
- Work for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- 1+ years of customer service or membership/retail sales experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability to work some weekends and evenings.
- Experience with Mind Body Software is a plus.
- Employee discounts.
- Bonus based on performance.
- Flexible schedule.
- Hourly wage; commensurate with experience + commissions on sales.
- Earning potential greater than $35,000 per year.
