What You ll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise AV installation teams on commercial job sites
• Oversee installation of displays, control systems, speakers, racks, and structured cabling
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project drawings
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Foremen, and Superintendents to keep projects on schedule
• Ensure job site safety, quality control, and professional execution
• Troubleshoot installation issues and support field operations
• Mentor and develop Helpers, Level I, II, and III Technicians

What We re Looking For

• Experience as an AV Lead Technician, Foreman, or Senior Installer
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews in the field
• Solid understanding of commercial AV systems and installation standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Experience working alongside other trades and job site leadership
• Reliable, professional, and driven to succeed
