What You ll Be Doing

• Install, terminate, and troubleshoot commercial AV systems
• Pull and route audio, video, and control cabling
• Mount displays, projectors, speakers, and AV equipment
• Assist with rack buildouts and system integration
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Work alongside Lead Technicians and Project Managers
• Help mentor Helpers and Level I Technicians
• Maintain a safe and professional job site

What We re Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial AV, low voltage, or structured cabling experience
• Knowledge of AV systems, installations, and terminations
• Ability to troubleshoot and read technical drawings
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Team player with leadership potential and career goals
