Fulfillment Associate - Order Picker

Our client, a growing third-party logistics and fulfillment company, is seeking a Material Handler (Stacker) to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler (Stacker)
Location: The Colony, TX
Pay Range: $17.00/hour (Weekly Pay)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Pay increase upon permanent hire)

What’s the Job?

• Accurately select and fulfill customer orders according to order tickets and system requirements.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to locate, track, and process inventory.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy before routing orders for shipment.
• Transport completed orders to packing, quality control, or shipping stations.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and fulfillment goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain productivity standards.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or order-picking experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management systems is a plus.
