Office Assistant (Full-Time, In-Office)
Location: The Dalles, Oregon
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $22–$24/hour (based on experience)

, we are committed to providing compassionate, client-centered in-home care services to the Intellectually/Developmentally Disabled (I/DD) Population. We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive
Office Assistant to support our I/DD Director and field staff in delivering high-quality care across the Columbia Gorge. This is a full-time, in-office role located in The Dalles, Oregon.
Competitive hourly wage: $22–$24/hour, DOE

Assist with preparation, organization, and maintenance of client files in accordance with Oregon IDD and OAR requirements.
Communicate schedule changes promptly with caregivers, DSPs, and clients.
Travel to clients’ homes as needed to deliver or collect essential forms and documentation.
Answer incoming calls and emails from clients, families, caregivers, and staff in a professional and compassionate manner.
Manage and organize compliance documentation for field staff.
Schedule interviews for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other field staff.
Ensure timely submission and review of care logs.
Provide administrative support that enables the IDD Director to focus on growth, compliance, and client care.
Help maintain a welcoming and professional office environment.
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience in a home health or medical office setting (preferred)
Comfortable with light fieldwork (form pick-up/drop-off) throughout Central Oregon
