Quality Manager

Seeking a Quality Manager to support multiple substation projects across the Pacific Northwest region. This role will focus on substation civil site development and electrical quality oversight. The ideal candidate will have experience managing documentation, materials tracking, and quality processes on substation projects.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Provide leadership and direction to field personnel and support project execution from planning through completion.
• Support quality assurance processes, including electrical installation verification and documentation procedures.
• Supervise field operations and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and standards.
• Oversee substation construction activities with a focus on civil site development and electrical quality.

Qualifications:

• Superintendent or field leadership experience supporting substation construction projects.
• Experience with substation civil site development and electrical construction activities.
• Strong background in construction documentation, reporting, and materials tracking.
• Knowledge of substation construction standards, quality processes, and field operations.
• Ability to manage paperwork-heavy environments and maintain detailed records.
• Willingness to travel or work across the Pacific Northwest region.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
