Responsibilities

This position is part of the Columbia Gorge Motors Sales BDC team and supports our sales efforts by managing customer communication through inbound and outbound calls, scheduling sales appointments, and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience. The role requires strong multitasking, computer, and customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, follow-through, and teamwork.

  • In-bound Sales calls Scheduling Appointments
  • Out bound Follow up calls
  • Customer Service
  • Tracking Calls
  • Following Word Scripts – phone up scripts
  • Excellent customer service using the skills of MAGIC
  • Manufacturer product knowledge
Requirements
  • Education Required:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Multi line phone skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong Multi-tasking
  • Preferably Bi-Lingual
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Possess good computer skills
  • Team player attitude
  • Excellent follow through skills
