The Bilingual Preschool Promise (PSP) Coach provides reflective, relationship-based coaching to early learning educators serving children in PSP programs, with a focus on supporting primarily our Spanish-speaking early learning educators. The coach responds to coaching requests and referrals, while proactively supporting PSP implementation and continuous quality improvement in PSP environments. This role delivers individualized coaching and technical assistance aligned with PSP expectations, policies, and procedures.

The Bilingual PSP Coach also serves as a mentor to educators in family and center-based settings to strengthen instructional practices, meet program goals, and improve the quality of early care and education for children and families enrolled in Preschool Promise funded programs.

Columbia Gorge Community College serves a diverse region in north-central Oregon and south-central Washington. CGCC acknowledges we are on the homelands of the Confederated Tribe of the Yakama Nation and neighboring tribes as well as the 14 bands along the Inchi I'wana (Columbia River). Our main campus is within the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area in The Dalles, Oregon. We also have a beautiful site in the city of Hood River.
