We are seeking a full‑time Associate Minister of Worship and Youth to join our pastoral team. This is a dual‑role position with worship leadership as the primary responsibility and a strong preference for youth ministry as the secondary focus. The right candidate may bring gifts that align more naturally with a different area of congregational ministry, and we are open to that conversation—though youth is where we most hope to find the fit.
Key Responsibilities- Lead worship services, including music planning, cueing, and engaging the congregation.
- Develop and lead youth ministry programs, planning events and discipleship opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Lead Pastor, volunteer leaders, and the board to shape the vision of the church.
- Provide Spirit‑led, Scripture‑grounded leadership in both worship and youth contexts.
