A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As a part of the Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management (CSRM) team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program for our data centers and technical infrastructure assets. This includes, but is not limited to, the EHS management system, environmental compliance programs, safety compliance, health conformance, and regional or site oversight. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Google Data Center departments and contractors to identify and address EHS concerns, risk identification, and mitigation.
You will ensure the safety of the operations workforce and the protection of the environment and Google’s business. Furthermore, you will provide guidance on the implementation of new and critical EHS initiatives. Your efforts will contribute to the continuous improvement and iteration of our EHS programs.
