Required Qualifications- Physical Therapist, Skilled
- Experience:
1 year - Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
- Certifications:
BLS(Copy Needed) - SSN Required
- DOB Required
- References: 1 Reference in entire work history
License and SNF experience are required.
