CADC R II or III Counselor

The Dalles Treatment Center is hiring CADC R, I, II, and III Counselors to join our growing team. This position provides client counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing support for individuals in recovery. We offer a collaborative environment, consistent schedules, and opportunities for professional development.

$28.00hr.

- $34.00hr. Depending on Experience

Hiring Bonus $4,000 - $1,500 upon hire, $1,250 at 180 days, $1,250 at one year

Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.

- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.

• You will be assisting clients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals.
• Be a beacon of hope for clients as they adjust to a drug-free existence, providing emotional and physical support through their journey.
• Ensure clients receive the best care by adhering to program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform duties with dedication and within the scope of their professional license and certification.
• Stable workspace and internet connection.

• Oregon CADC R, I, II, or III licensure.
• Valid driver's license.
• Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
• We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
