Pay: $22.25–$23.25 per hour (DOE) + $1,000 Hiring Bonus

Are you an experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) ready to take the next step in your career? Community Access Services (CAS) is hiring a full‑time Program Lead in The Dalles to provide hands‑on support while helping lead the day‑to‑day operations of a residential program serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to become an approved company driver
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals with mobility needs
