What you will be doing
  • Execute mechanical maintenance tasks promptly to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
  • Conduct monitoring and preventative maintenance (PM/PDM) procedures to uphold equipment functionality.
  • Utilize CMMS system adeptly for comprehensive documentation of repairs and associated time.
  • Install new equipment and execute modifications on existing machinery proficiently.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair duties on production machinery, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) on electrical systems to preempt potential issues.
  • Demonstrate expertise in utilizing Temperature Controllers, PLC’s, HMI’s, and Frequency Drives for optimal equipment performance.
  • Take responsibility for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to pertinent state and federal regulations, codes, and ordinances, prioritizing safety protocols and regulations
What will make you successful?

Required:

  • Current Oregon Electrical License (Limited Maintenance Electrician).
  • 2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to obtain Oregon electrical license within 6 months.

Preferred:

  • Limited Journeyman Manufacturing Plant Electrician or General Journeyman Electrician (preferred).
  • PLC experience (preferred).
  • VFD experience (preferred).
  • Mechanical experience (preferred)
