• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while applying critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor status, document findings, and implement care plans; administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure seamless transitions of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation; communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team; participate in shift handoffs and care coordination.

• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (3x12) in an ICU setting
• Demonstrated clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
