Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification:
  Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification:
  Required
• Phlebotomy Certification:
  Preferred
• Audiometry and vision training or certificate from CHDP:
  Preferred
• At least two years of recent experience in the field:
  Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provides personal nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed registered nurse (RN).
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Takes and records vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure.
• Performs technical skills such as tube feedings and finger stick capillary blood testing.
• Reports patient status and concerns to the RN.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment to support efficient unit operations.
