Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
At least two years recent experience in the field
Deliver coordinated nursing care according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
Develop and implement a patient care plan, coordinating care delivery with a healthcare team.
Evaluate progress toward attaining patient outcomes.
Provide health education to patients and families.
Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
