• Deliver coordinated ICU nursing care for an assigned patient group according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Monitor patient status, interpret data, identify deterioration, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with the care team, with emphasis on patient safety and outcomes.
• Administer medications, manage ICU equipment, and document care accurately and succinctly.
• Supervise and direct activities of licensed and unlicensed nursing staff; coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate in discharge planning, patient/family education, and ongoing learning opportunities for the patient and care team.

• Licensure:
  Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Oregon) – Required.
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; CPR certification or equivalent – Required.
• Experience:
  
  At least two years of recent nursing experience; ICU/acute care experience preferred.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Additional:
  Ability to work in a fast-paced ICU environment; vaccination requirements and E-Verify compliance per organizational policy; current nursing license valid in the state of practice.
