Registered Nurse - ICU

ICU Nurse Position

Provides comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols. Supervises and collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ health status by collecting and analyzing clinical data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Coordinate care activities among multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting care as needed.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to nursing staff and ensure compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current RN license in the practicing state.
• Possess a minimum of two years recent ICU experience.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
• Capable of working night shifts and handling high-acuity patient care demands.
