Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN):
  Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice:
  Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per policy:
  Required
• At least two years recent experience in field:
  Required
• EPIC experience:
  Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients following established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines.
• Collect and analyze relevant data regarding patients' health or situations.
• Develop and implement care plans, prescribe interventions, and evaluate progress toward achieving outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide safe and effective patient care.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
